Working process
Raw water tank → Raw water pump → Quartz sand filter → Active carbon filter → Sodium filter → Precise filter → Reverse osmosis device → Ozone sterilizer → UV sterilizer → Watr tank
Function
| Quartz sand filter | To remove the particulate solids from waste water; |

| Sodium filter | To soften the water, and exchange the calcium ion & magnesium ion |
| Precise filter | To clear the granules bigger than 5 μm and also protect the reverse osmosis device membrane; |
| Reverse osmosis device | Used to desalt and sterilize the water, used for distill water. With the pressure difference, the water will pass through the permeable membrane in our reverse osmosis device. After above process, more than 97% soluble salt and 99% glue, microbe, particulate and organic substances will be separated, extracted, purified and removed from the water. Our reverse osmosis widely be used in pure water plant, hyper pure water plant, and airspace pure water plant. Our reverse osmosis device have the character of lower energy consumption, no pollution, physical techniques, high water quality, easy operation and maintenance.
