Machine Description
1). Bottle in-feeding way
Adopt technology of air conveyor direct connect with bottle infeed starwheel and neck handling technology to convey bottles.
2). Washing machine
It's rotary bottle washing machine, which mainly use for beverage such as carbonated drink, new bottle enter the equipment by star wheel, through clip and overturn mechanism make bottle down, after rinsing, it overturn bottle up automatically, then convey to the filling part by star steel, the main material and washing clip is stainless steel .
3). Transfer Starwheel
The material is super-corrosion stainless steel ,the wheel has block bottle protect device.
4). Filling machine
The filling machine is manly composed of a filling valve and filling transmission parts. The washed bottle reachesthe filling position via the bottle shifting wheel. In the mean time, the bottle clamping plate of the filling machine will clamp the bottle and move up to seal the bottle, filling valve will open, send the liquid into the bottle. When the liquid level of the bottle reaches the trachea of the filling valve, the filling will stop.
5). Capping machine
The capping machine consists of screw heads, capping transmission part, a sorting part and an under cover tube parts. The bottle which has finished filling will enter the capping position via the driving wheel.
Bottles that have finished capping will be transported by the bottle pusher to the conveyor belt.
